When shopping online at www.byloth.dk, it is a condition that you as a user accept our trading conditions. After this, both ByLøth and you as a customer are bound by these conditions. The conditions are in full compliance with Danish legislation for internet trading.
When shopping online at By Løth, you automatically accept the following conditions:
Delivery:
At By Løth, we send goods that are in stock within 1-5 working days. Note, however, that next to each item is an approximate delivery time.
On shelves, there is a delivery time of about 2 weeks
We send the orders with Post Danmark, GLS or Danish couriers.
Should delays occur at Post Danmark or GLS, By Løth cannot be held responsible.
By Løth sends orders to Denmark, Europe and the Nordics or where Post Danmark delivers. The shipping time for this depends on the individual country.

Freight rates
Shelves DKK 150 in Denmark - Buy over DKK 5,000 on furniture, we pay the shipping.
Payment
Payments for orders placed on www.byloth.dk are made via a secure connection handled by ePay in agreement with By Løth
The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

All prices on www.byloth.dk are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT. If you order from a non-EU country, mons is deducted automatically when you complete your purchase. See the section on customs and VAT for further information.
Right of cancellation and return
All goods are covered by the Sales Act's rules on the right of cancellation and return online. You therefore always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods by post, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the goods to us.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally notify us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the item. This is done per email: Info@byloeth.dk
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
From the time you have unequivocally notified us that you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to send the package back to us.

We do not take back items that are made to measure, nor special orders or demo items
(All our tables are special orders, as are our shelves that are not standard dimensions.)
If you want to make use of your right of cancellation, and unequivocally notify us of this within 14 days after you have received your package, please enclose a copy of your invoice together with the returned goods, and send us your order back no later than 14 days after that you have unequivocally notified us that you wish to return.
It is not enough simply to return the item or to refuse to receive it.
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount/item value to your account as soon as possible.
According to the consumer rule, the amount must be repaid no later than 14 days have passed since you have unequivocally announced that you wish to return the item.
However, we endeavor to refund the money immediately after receiving the return item(s).
Note! We will only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. We do this solely to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards.

Shipping costs in connection with the return of goods are the responsibility of you as the buyer.
Note: We do NOT accept packages sent by cash on delivery or parcels sent without distribution.
The item must not show signs of use or defects.
Complaints
All goods are covered by the Sales Act's rules on the two-year right of complaint. The right to complain means that you, as a customer, can complain about faults and defects in the product that have occurred within two years of purchase (You must therefore complain as soon as a fault or defect in the product occurs). This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get the money refunded or get a discount on the price. This depends on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect in the product has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour. The right of complaint therefore does not cover when faults occur due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Therefore, be aware of this before advertising. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
The complaint does not apply if the wood changes color or gets cracks/cracks
In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund your shipping costs (however, according to reasonable conditions).

Out of stock items
If you have been looking at an item that has unfortunately been sold out in the meantime, or you are generally interested in hearing whether we have, or will have, a given item in stock again, you are always welcome to contact us at info@ byloeth.dk
Reservations for price, printing errors and out-of-stock items
When purchasing from By Løth, your order is only accepted and approved when payment has been received and the item has been dispatched from our physical warehouse.
We reserve the right for price errors, printing errors and out-of-stock items. As a general rule, we always contact you in the event of the above.
Subject to return of goods
Since the current colors you see in the webshop depend on your computer screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen will show the exact color that the product has on delivery. We work in wood, some of which is hundreds of years old. Therefore, our wooden products are never exactly the same.
